This site will guide you through the process of requesting a variety of services provided by Alachua County.
Alachua County will process these requests during normal working hours (Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Anything received outside of these hours or on holidays will be processed the next working day.
Submit a New Request
You can use this link to submit a request for a service such as; dead animal pickup, sidewalk repair, or tree removal, just to name a few.
Check on an Existing Request
Use this link to check on the status of a Service Request you've already submitted. You will need your Service Request Number and your Email Address to access this info.
