The BP zoning district implements the Commercial land use designation and allows a number of office-type uses but not retail sales. Background This application is a zoning request to change the designation on this parcel from an industrial zoning district (MS) to a commercial zoning designation (BP). The BP (Business Professional) district allows a number of office-type permitted uses as well as certain non-retail uses such as a bank. The site previously had uses such as a meat market and a convenience store.
