This site was the subject of a previous small scale land use amendment from Industrial to Tourist/Entertainment (T/E) that was approved by the Board in March 2008. Background This site was the subject of a small scale land use application that was approved by the Board to Tourist/Entertainment. The proposed BH zoning district implements the T/E land use designation and allows for a variety ofpermitted uses such as hotels, restaurants and retail sales that are appropriate in the T/E land use designation. The BH zoning district exists on surrounding parcels. It is the intent of the property owner to combine this parcel with the 8 acres to the south (already zoned BH) to construct a hotel facility.
