Ida Rawls - Equal Opportunity Director

Directs and manages the County�s Comprehensive Equal Opportunity Division. The Office administers the County�s Equal Opportunity Program and Human Rights Ordinance. The Office has also entered into an Inter-local Agreement with the Alachua County Library District to administer the Comprehensive Equal Opportunity Program within the Library

Mary Neiberger - Staff Assistant

Provides staff assistant support to the Director. Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Equal Opportunity Office.

Jacqueline Chung - Equal Opportunity Supervisor

Supervises the Compliance Program in the investigation of complaints filed under the Human Rights Ordinance and the County�s Equal Opportunity Program This program provides for conciliation, negotiation, mediation and resolution of discrimination complaints.

Jill Weinsier - Sr. EO Specialist/Equal Opportunity Investigator

Conducts preliminary and follow-up investigations of complaints of employment, housing, and public accommodation discrimination. Coordinates, with attorneys for complainants and respondents on all matters arising from or related to allegations by the charging parties.

Jacquelyn Hart-Williams - Equal Opportunity Program/Intake Specialist

Responsible for the Intake process for complaints filed under the Human Rights Ordinance and the County�s EO Program. Provides technical assistance and track all complaint activities.
