ITS Mission Statement
To design and maintain a connected community environment where information can flow seamlessly between government, citizens, and organizations. To provide high quality customer service and continue to expand the county's use of technology.
Administration
ITS Administration is responsable for Alachua County's information and telecommunications systems and the executive management activities within ITS.
Divisions
In the 21st Century technology is a mainstay and a necessity, so is managing its implementation and usage effectively. That is the responsibility of the Information and Telecom Services Department. With ITS Administration and the five divisions listed above working as a solid unit we successfully accomplish our mission year after year.
