ITS Administration
Executive adminstration of Alachua County's Technology through the Applications and Networking divisions.
We provide leadership in strategic, capacity, and contingency planning as well as equipment management, systems management, software engineering, software design, and research & development to bring the departments and constitutional offices of Alachua County the innovative technology at the lowest cost.
As with all areas of ITS, customer support is our HIGEST priority at all times. We take pride in the work we do for our clients, but even more pride in the customer support we provide along with it. Our inter-divisional 360 degree team oriented environment lends itself well to the task of keeping our clients supplied with the very best all year round. Administration & Support
We handle, contracts with vendors, procurement, billing, accounts payable, and other financial functions for ITS. We also handle the support function of training county staff on various computer operations and software.

Staff Support
We support the Director and ITS staff with day-to-day scheduling, meetings, minutes, phones & system messages, travel, office machines & supplies and other general office duties. We also handle the front desk and ITS guest relations.
